Logo Design Brief

I have one condo on the beach in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. I want to do more bookings, direct bookings (I will need web design later) and create a brand that guests can remember. Once that is in place I can use the "brand" to market future rental units once I expand. Something Simple that can be used as a monogram on a towel would be nice, but will also be used on stationary, notecards etc. Maybe even something that the guest can take home after staying on my property like a deck of cards, wine stopper or coasters. whatever you can think of! i am not very imaginative.
The condo can view every launch from NASA which is VERY cool for kids, It has a great ocean view, the town is known as a surfer town, very old school Florida, something nostalgic to suggest a laid-back vacation vibe

Target Market(s)

young families with little kids (It is only a 2 bedroom with pullout sofa) or snowbird couples
