Must have

• Looking for a logo with the layout of sample 8 (Hammer and roof line intergraded) with the design and modern feel of sample 7. Modern basic bold image is fine. Background needs to remain in white with contrast of black and blue text/logo. Text to read "Palmerzone Property Services Residential & Commercial Maintenance" Minimal colour usage, 3 colours maximum Images must be easy to do embroidery/stich on clothing etc, bold simple lines etc (Text similar to example 7)

Nice to have

• Simplistic modern design Bold text and 2-3 colours, white background.

Should not have

• Too many colours, not over complicated.
