Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our interior design and procurement company. We design interiors for senior living buildings and purchase items needed for those communities. We also do the same for hotel brands. We would like to see relaxed, modern but bold designs that stand out amongst our competitors. The design should communicate that we are approachable, budget friendly and easy to work with. I would prefer not to see a lot of the color red just because of the name cardinal. Some red is ok but not all red.
