Logo Design Brief

We are after a new look for our company's logo. We want it to be sophisticated yet stylish and appeal to the broad range of businesses and clientele we serve. It would be helpful to have a simplified version or brand mark that can be used on social media and as a Favicon for our website.
I am not keen on having an icon element, but I would be open to using the A or AD to create the brand mark. We might also add more services such as 'Aym Home' In future so it would be good if the A or Aym part could be interchangeable with the second word. Please see attached images of our current logo and to show how it works with both 'design' and 'home'.
