Logo Design Brief

My company is called Cozi Casas and we are a turn-key property management and corporate housing company. We provide a mix of family vacation rentals along with housing for medical and business travel professionals. Our purpose is to wow our guests with impeccably furnished homes for short or long term reservations while simultaneously serving our team members, and our homeowners. Part of our core values involves creating community partnerships in every market we launch in. This means hiring local, shopping local and promoting local companies to increase their exposure. Our ultimate goal is to be a brand that every local community can trust for their housing needs. We need a logo design to include the colors black, pearl and gold.
