Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new nonprofit pole studio based in Tucson, AZ called Pole Impact. We are military veterans and we plan to get more veterans involved in poling by providing a safe, supportive environment for creativity and artistic expression. Hopefully we will grow and be able to serve others with traumas or mental illness.
We like the colors dark red/crimson, black, white, and gray. However, we have not finalized anything with colors at our studio. Totally open to suggestions.
We do not want a pole dancer in the logo or a woman/man in the logo .
We are gender inclusive.
