Tattoo Design Brief

I’d like a tattoo that encompasses my happy place. I want something with the ocean, palm tree(s) and tropical flowers, but not necessarily scenery. Nothing too dark, and I’m unsure if I want color. Something feminine and delicate. It would go on my shoulder and wrap onto my back. I love the style and look of the attached photo I came across on Instagram, but without the abstract mandala part. I hop that makes sense and not entirely contradictory, Thank you so much!!!
