Logo Design Brief

Pineapple Mortgage is a dba of Canopy Mortgage that is starting up now in the state of Hawaii. Pineapple Mortgage will provide home loans to buyers of residential real estate in Hawaii, as well as refinance home loans for homeowners.
Pineapple is associated and owned by Canopy Mortgage, LLC, based in Lindon, Utah. Canopy employs independent branch operators throughout the United States.

Our draft logo is close to what we want, but needs fine tuned and we're open to other design ideas. The simple idea is that we need a camera ready logo - we have the draft, need it cleaned up and ready to go. BUT, other versions/ideas welcome.

Requirements

Must have

• Blue tones to compliment the Canopy Mortgage logo colors - does not have match but the two logos will occasionally cast side by side. Pineapple graphic with connotations of homes built in to the logo; the logo needs to be simple enough to embroider on apparel items and to print on small formats like business cards, etc.

Nice to have

• Pineapple graphic as described, but could incorporate other Hawaii related graphic designs
