3D Design Brief

We are needing a 3D computer model to show our vision to investors. Is there a way to make the 3D version to where we can move around and look at everything? I am new to this, so not sure what you are capable of doing.

We are building a tiny home community to house our homeless veterans. I have included a sketch of the project drawn out. There will be 10 one bedroom homes. I have attached the inside sketches of the tiny homes to give you an idea. We are also building a community/event center. Approximately 6,000 square feet total. It will have a community center on one side with 3 offices, a clothes closet for our residents, and also a food pantry. This will be accessible from the front, and also the rear of the building. There will be a commercial kitchen next to that, and then there will be an event center on the other side. I would like garage doors on at least one side of the event center (the front or the side), to where we can open it up on nice days and catch a breeze. I have included a picture of another project, but it can just be a rectangular building with straight lines. There will be a parking lot near the street (Willow Creek) , then the event center, then the tiny home community in the back. I have attached the aerial view of the property and also a sketch of what we want the property to look like. There are approximately 10 acres in total, but we will only need a few of them for this project. The property will be fenced in with a rod iron fence and a security gate at the entrance. I would also like a fence from the middle of the community/event center back, to secure the area for the residents as well. For between the homes, there will be a park like setting, with park benches, and just a relaxing atmosphere. Maybe a place for them to sit around a table. There will also need to be a dog run big enough for several dogs. Maybe a few dog houses as well. There will also be a community garden in the rear of the homes. The sketch shows the garden in front, but I would like them reversed so that the residents can sit and watch their pups in the dog run. We will need a parking area for the residence, but that can be on one side (the right). We will need approximately 15 parking spaces for this.
