Flyer Design Brief

Two items needed. 1) I need a real estate flyer that i can email, and print which will be placed in the property for prospective buyers to take with them during a showing. This flyer should be two sided. Front side showing the most eye catching pictures and a short description of the real estate listing like address, bed/bath, square footage, my real estate logo and contact info. Back side small pictures with more detailed description of the real estate listing. 2) I need a 3 or 4 page spiral bound document describing all the details of my property that the owner wants to showcase. In this spiral document, I would like pictures of the listing and details noted in the attached PDF that describes the real estate listing in great detail.
