The patch.jfif is the basis for design. copy as closely as possible.
The patch has 2 interior logos: State of Wisconsin Seal and Sawyer County.
Both interior logos need to be replaced with the new versions attached to the project.
State of Wisconin is the top logo -- inside the badge.
Sawyer County is the bottom logo -- under the badge.
