Logo Design Brief

We are looking to update yet simplify our logo. A move to another color (blue tones). Currently our logo is a whirlwind (tornado). The logo needs to be scaled to fit headers, website, stationary, and business cards. The ability to use the logo with just Aella and the logo above Consulting Group Inc. would be a plus. Our typical orientation is rectangular. Here are some example websites that we will model our new website after: https://zbeta.com/ and https://exante360.com/ . This should provide some ideas for colors and theme.
