OK I heard back from DesignCrowd. They said since the design was already awarded a participation payment, I can't award that same design the second place prize. However, you can upload the design again and then it would be a new submission and I can choose that design. Or, I can choose another design you submitted just to get you the payment, but the real design I want is the one we're talking about. So you would then just send me the redesigned design we have been talking about after we get that finalized. I don't care which we do. Do you care how I get that payment to you?
