T-shirt Design Brief

The design I’m looking for is a guy riding a bull while holding a welding hood in one hand and a Stinger and a Tig rig used as the ropes around the bull in the other hand. I would like the tail of the bull to look like a ground clamp which is used for welding as well. I would also like the welder to be dressed as a cowboy bandit. I would like the bull to be mad as well. I do not want the project name as part of the design.
