Logo Design Brief

We are commercial real estate developers who develop industrial warehouses. We have created a data analytics platform called EvolveRE. The platform helps us make better investment and development decisions. If I had to pick 5 words to describe EvolveRE, I would say: Youthful, Bold, Edgy, Relational, Trustworthy. I've attached a copy of the temporary logo that we've been using that we created in 10 minutes on PowerPoint.

Requirements:

You do NOT need to make the logo look anything like the attached example if you don't want to, I just wanted to provide that for context. The logo you design can look entirely different.

The logo does needs to say "EvolveRE" somewhere, but the "EvolveRE" text does not have to be the main focal point of the logo (like in the example logo provided). It absolutely can be the focal point, but does not have to be.

The logo can - but DOES NOT have to - say "powered by Urban Logistics Realty" like the attached example... that's up to your creative liberty.

We have 4 colors that we'd like incorporated into the logo in some capacity:
Orange: #E0823E
Dark Blue: #112E4C
Light Blue: #1FBEDE
Light Grey: #BFBAB6

We need vector logo files that are supported by Adobe products that allow us to change color, if needed (e.g., sometimes we need an all white logo based on the background color of marketing material).

SYMBOLISM THAT WE LIKE - If you're trying to get creative on abstract imagery or symbols to incorporate into the logo, the following concepts have played a role in the development of EvolveRE. Imagery, logos, or emblems that do a good job of depicting one or more of these concepts will likely perform better in the competition:
1. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts
2. Those who approach a difficult problem with brute force fail; those who redefine how the problem is approached in the first place succeed
3. Things that outwardly appear complex are often times actually simple when looked at from a different perspective

Feel free to use the "U" in the attached urban logistics logo and use it for the "V"s in an EvolveRE logo. Not a requirement; want a mix of some logos that try that and others that don't. But just an idea.
