Tattoo Design Brief

Wanting to incorporate different elements in to a female warrior goddess tattoo based on Boudica and Medusa. A lot of red spiral-curly hair (or Medusa style curls), large pouty lips, green eyes, ivory skin, wearing Celtic warrior armor. The image would be from neck up to include her crown/helmet. Unique elements to include: orchid flowers, spear as her weapon, fur as part of her warrior armor, and fire. Style would be Celtic and realistic rather than cartoon or anime.
