Logo Design Brief

We are a new property management company in suburban Pennsylvania. We buy, transform and rent out properties (condos and townhomes) to professional couples and families. We use a bunch of technology to make the process fast, streamlined and efficient for our tenants.
We are a highly professional, competent, responsive and friendly team, and these are the values we would like to convey in our logo.
Preference is for a teal blue logo. Current logo is uploaded.
I want the logo to be a modern style and only focus on a representation or symbol of a home, not a full detailed drawing of a home. No pictures of high rise buildings, cities, detached homes - this is not our market.
I want a logo with text and one without so I can use them in different ways.
