Billboard Design Brief

I need a new design for a billboard representing my Real Estate Company. The company name is Cindy Herring Real Estate. I want to include my photo. Other necessary items are my phone number :
337.739.2233 along with Realtor brand logo and Fair Housing logo. I will send my photos (you and choose whichever works best and you can crop as needed) and my current company logo, but I am open to changes on that item. I need a good tag line on the billboard. It is located on a busy street so I don’t need a lot of text in the tag line. I think you can probably get the realtor brand logo and fair housing logo online. If not, I can send them. I have been in the industry almost 20 years so I am very experienced. I represent buyers and sellers. Most of my clients are repeat clients and referrals. Just trying to stay top of mind for anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate. I handle residential, land and some commercial sales.
