App Design Brief

We are seeking an engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing user interface for our B2B SaaS platform, Novatech NESSi. This solution helps large organizations achieve net-zero emissions using AI-driven forecasting, AI models, a emission mitigation library, and a scenario simulator..

A big challenge is to allow the user to work efficiently with multidimensional data.

Requirements:

* Design a modern, professional, and visually striking user interface, catering to a diverse audience within large corporations, including executives, strategists, and environmental specialists.

* Construct an intuitive navigation system, allowing users to seamlessly access functionalities for informed decision-making and tracking progress towards net-zero emissions.

* The application is expected to be used on desktops first

* Incorporate our brand's colors, and visual elements into the design to maintain consistency throughout the application.

* Provide design assets and documentation, such as style guides, design specifications, and necessary assets (e.g., icons, illustrations) for our development team to implement the design. We use Figma and would appreciate delivery as figma files.

Please note that we also need more pages over time. The most important is to get the work bench page right. We will also need:
* a landing page where the users can select previous scenarios and see some high level data.
* A page with information on historical data per asset
* An analytics page
* User and system administration pages.
These pages are out of scope for this project, but they should be available in the navigation solution.

Please submit your initial design concepts, accompanied by a brief explanation of your approach and the rationale behind your design choices. We will offer feedback and collaborate with the chosen designer to refine the design, ensuring it meets our requirements and vision.

We are really hoping to see some elegant user interfaces. The functionality describe in the attachment is important, but the layout is not. Feel free to invent.

* NESSi GUI.pptx: Our working sketches. This is used to show some of the functionality needed. The origins is video editing software. Please note that these are sketches and not design requirements. We will need the functionality in some form.
* NVT-Master1.pdf: Our logo and colours. Just in case you want to use some in the design.
* Novatech-NESSi_intro.pdf: This is a sales presentation for the solution. The pages that mimic the user interface is added for context. We do not expect it to look like this.
