Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new flower shop. It is a brick and mortar store as well as e-commerce with local delivery for florals. We believe in creating an emotional experience with floral and in addition to everyday arrangements, we also do events and weddings. Our aesthetic is modern, romantic, boho with a twist of old Florida Art Deco. Our color palette is uploaded below but our main colors are pink and green. The building we are in is a bungalow and we would like that incorporated into the logo if it looks right. I attached a photo of the building below (we are repainting it and updating the exterior to look fresh and modern). The final design should evoke a warm but high end feel. Not too cutesy but not too fancy. I would like a horizontal logo and a seal (inspiration seal is below-we like the arch) to use interchangeably depending upon the application.

Requirements

Must have

• Florals fine line drawings(think cut flowers so roses, peonies, poppies not lotus and not "herbs", an upscale but modern youthful feel.

Nice to have

• A bungalow type house drawing incorporated into the logo, a horizontal logo with a stamp type feel and an arched seal

Should not have

• Too swirly or script type text.
