Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new condominium building in Langford, B.C. Canada. The 78 unit, six floor condominium will be built close to Langford Lake. The name LAKESIDE WEST encapsulates “affordable quality”, and “west shore living”. It stirs emotional connections natural environments, especially to memories of family picnics, swimming, and fishing on the lake. The brand must use three colours: Deep water blue, light grey-blue and sunset beach.
