I''m looking to get a coded (HTML & CSS) home page only. I am a PHP developer and looking to outsource the design of the front end of the site. You don''t have to make anything work beyond HTML and CSS. I would like the layout to be done in Bootstrap and as such the CSS would already be done. You would just have to add your supplemental CSS for whatever background, colors, fonts, or custom elements that need to be styled. 

The client''s website does not have a whole lot of content, as you can see if you visit the page, so it probably needs to be filled out a bit with stock photography. Some keywords to look for in stock photos: storage buildings, storage sheds, backyard storage, rent-to-own, barns. Note that you don''t need to purchase the stock photos. Just use watermarked placeholders in your layout.
