Logo Design Brief

I am starting a new shorthorn stud and have a rough vision for a logo I would like to put together, but am up for suggestions and ideas.

The wording Red Cedar Shorthorns with an outline of a shorthorn bull/steer/heifer graphic with Red/white roan colouring. Google Roan shorthorns if you need more guidance. Maybe with an outline of Australian Red Cedar Leaves on one side. Not sure if needing a circular boarder with the animals body half hanging out.

I would like the colours to be a darker red and white.
