Logo Design Brief

Simple logo that can be used in promotional material and that will reproduce accurately on clothing. I would like the attached Shutterstock image to be the basis of the logo and I am not sure it needs changing much if at all. I have considered adding in a reticle. I have attached some examples. But the logo is so clear that I think the reticle just clutters it up. My thoughts were either to have the dragon breathing out the 'christmas tree' reticle, or the have the dragon superimposed on a reticle in the circle in the logo.
