Graphic Design Brief
The task includes utilizing the current logo attached as a file and creating the following: (1) Real Estate for sale signs including logo, space for phone number, and space for QR Code large enough to be seen as people are driving by. Signs (18x24”) will need grommet at top and bottom for hanging, both vertical and horizontal design. (2) Open House (vertical and horizontal sandwich boards 18x24”) all signs with the same branded format. (3) Directionals, for sale and open house (standard 8x24” with arrow, logo, and QR. (4) Business Cards with standard format including spot for individual logo and business logo as attached. (5) Email signature templates with business logo and contact information including social media links. Email signatures need to be easily editable by staff.
