Ideal size is a height/width ratio of 1.6:1, with ideal dimensions for the file is 2,560 pixels in height x 1,600 pixels in width.

It should be approximately 400 pages. I haven't formatted it yet, but it is 92k words. I will publish it as a paperback, and as an e-book on Amazon. Thanks!
