Logo Design Brief

Redesign our logo, I like the colors but don't love the circle around the tractor. We only make rectangle bales of hay so the round circle throws me off. Had a thought of eliminating the circle and making sometime of rectangle maybe with a touch of the American flag look as an outline? I like the tractor in the logo.
