Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a men's fitness and personal development facility. We help coach men that are suffering in silence to conquer their health and become high preforming leaders. Our facility will run group personal training and have a gentlemen's club feel. Dark woods, black, leather and white. The design should reflect a bold and masculine undertone something involving a skull and crown on top of text. I have a reference photo below I have uploaded. I would prefer if the crown would have 3 points and that the skull not look too cryptic and gothic. Refer to the photo below for the closest resembling concept.
