Logo Design Brief

Am looking for a logo to be utilized in both vertical and horizontal viewing when finished. This product is used in the ranching/livestock, (cattle, horse) industry. It is a simple remote controlled electric gate system that will be used from any vehicle without getting out of the vehicle to make it operate. It simply goes up and down like a rail crossing arm on railroad tracks. Enclosed is a picture if it helps in designing the uniqueness of the logo. I'm open to the spelling of Stockholder Gates or Stock Holder Gates as well, (as shown in the Logo Text window.) Use your own preference in the spelling or layout. Would like the text in a country, (ranching) or western look somewhat for font.
