Logo Design Brief

We are an electrical, technologies, automation and security contractor. I would like a logo to use during our 40th anniversary celebration this year. I've uploaded a file of our existing logo. The existing logo is our company name, "Town & Country Group," and the symbol is a stranded wire.
The color codes for our existing logo are RGB 184, 109, 42 and RGB 191,156, 92. You may use these colors, and/or the classic "gold" that is often used for anniversary logos. I'd like to see a big "40" or "40 Years" or "40th Anniversary." And please incorporate our company logo into this logo! You may manipulate the wire if needed. Thank you!
