Between the two phrases 4 stylized arrows. 1st - to include Roman numeral date for Oct 1 2005, (X * I * MMV) asterisks to be dots or similar separator) sitting within the arrow breaking the line/shaft (see pic for idea) Next three dates are

This is wedding date, and 3 children’s birthdates.
