Do you want the tooth to be prominent in the design?
Do you want the background plain or with an image?

The tooth is the design, nothing around it to be prominent and no background. Eventually we will print that locally on some sort of a sticky tape then apply to glass.

If you can make the tooth shape in the word letters, you can use large/small fonts, upper/lower case, repeat or not the same word within the tooth shape.
