To be clear, the submitted proposals should include positioning of the stone ribbons as in the "Sample Submittal" document that I have added to the documents for this project. The "Sample Submittal" has all three components of the design: 1) honed stone, roughback stone and graphic designs.

your design is interesting, but does not work with the size of stone we specified. The grid on the drawings are 18" square. The rock is 18" x 48" (both honed and roughback). Your drawing is using a much wider ribbon of stone than specified. Since the grid is 18" square, each stone element is 1 unit x 3 units. Of course, the graphic components do not have this limitation, they can be any size.

I have added another graphic describing the project to the project brief. Also, don't be limited on the size of the graphic elements (see the "sample submittal" document.

it is VERY impressive.. I really like the lighting. BTW, it mimics some lighting emphasis we are using in another part of the building.
