Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a company in Vienna in the field of coaching services. We offer coaching/training for companies. The aim is to use the coaching to motivate employees in companies and to motivate employers to adapt their management style to the world of work 4.0. The colors should be more earth tones, we would have liked to have illustrated ARC (bow). We span an arc between employees and employers, or between employees. We have emotional competence and see ourselves as a partner for employers and their employees.
