Book Cover Design Brief

The book has 21 coauthors. I want an ebook, paperback back, front and spine and a 3-D marketing image. I want it to have a rich, wealthy look. The book is endorsed by Tony Robbins. The front cover needs to play up Tony and the coauthor being in the book together. Foreword by Brian Tracy. His pic can be small, or could be without a pic. I need the source files when complete so I can change the coauthor pic and name on the front. You can resize the pictures if needed. See files below for content. The file is not an example of what I want just content.
The back cover will have my picture (Jim Britt) and bio along with the pictures of the other 20 coauthors. I will insert those.
