Logo Design Brief
TRx.MD is a groundbreaking project focused on simplifying the medication reconciliation process and revolutionizing the way individuals manage their prescription history. As the name suggests, TRx stands for "total prescription," representing our commitment to providing a comprehensive solution that covers every aspect of medication management. Rx.MD (pronounced "T" "R" "X" or "TRex") is an Medication Reconciliation Web Application Service that allows clinicians to efficiently obtain an accurate and complete Best Possible Medication History (BPMH). TRx.MD allows nurses to "Fetch" the patient's drug dispensing history from pharmacies to determine what medication the patient is currently taking, allow the nurses to efficiently perform a Medication Reconciliation, and then either print or import the result BPMH into the hospital Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Connectivity: Consider visual elements that represent the connection between healthcare providers, patients, and their prescription histories. This could be represented through intertwining lines, network nodes, or interconnected shapes.
Progression and Simplicity: Communicate the idea of progress and simplification by incorporating arrows, streamlined shapes, or visual cues that represent ease of use and efficient medication management.
Trust and Reliability: Use color schemes and typography that evoke trust and professionalism, such as shades of blue, green, or other cool tones. Consider fonts that are modern, clean, and easily legible.
