Envelope Design Brief

We need a brochure designed for our assisted living facilites in Metairie (adjacent to New Orleans) called Serenity Senior Residences. We provide adults, typically Seniors, a place to live where they receive 24-hour care/support of their daily living activities, including laundering, cooking, cleaning, grooming, bathing, etc.. I'd like to use our logo and the color choices should be soft and convey comfort. I would also like the brochure to be editable by my administration to make any changes in the future.
