Logo Design Brief

Asimple design that can be used in a number of forms e.g. square/rectangle/circle or just as a symbol that would work on business cards, email signatures, headers and products. Which I would also like to get developed following. I have attached a really simple mock one I did online for a example of the layout. I have also attached a sample colour scheme, my current logo with the beetroot and a image of the style of font that I like.
