T-shirt Design Brief

We are looking for some graphics for our brand. Looking for cartoon colourful designs nothing to crazy though still nice and simple.
I will provide some examples to help.

1. Graphic is a "shoey" a person drinking beer from a shoe. The photos I've used are from google of famous people, so only use them as a guide.
The text to say 'Shoey' and the subtext to say 'ChirpyThreads' which is the clothing brand name.

2. Graphic to be a crashed car on the side of the road or in the water and the text to say 'Can't Park There Mate'
