Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new podcast that's about stories of diversity and leadership in technology. We're 2 women podcasters who have worked in tech collectively for almost 20 years - although we're still young and hip ;). We've attached an image of the elements that we'd like to include, which are: a bridge, hands holding each side of the missing piece of that bridge. We want something easily printable on clothing and for utilizing on social media. We're open to different color schemes! Whatever appears the most impactful.
