Logo Design Brief

Brace yourselves for a design challenge that's as thrilling as conquering the steepest ski slopes. I'm searching for a logo to include a character mark and logo design that will embody the heart and soul of my upcoming blog, "Crawl, Walk, Ski." (www.crawlwalkski.com). Picture a journey chronicling a ski-crazy family, sharing their triumphs and tribulations, while guiding parents through the epic quest of nurturing fantastic young skiers – from tentative beginnings to fearless gate-crushers. And here's the twist: we want the logo to weave in the ski difficulty symbols, capturing both the journey's challenges and triumphs.

Started by a lifelong skier and his wife, an early childhood education teacher, Crawl, Walk, Ski will teach all kinds of skills from 2 different perspectives. We have a son on the way so the blog will start year 1 setting up the framework, and year 2 testing it out live with a 1 year old!

- Dive into the design universe and conjure a logo that's as captivating as fresh mountain air. Fuse those ski trail symbols: green circle for the easy-peasy parts, blue square for the in-betweens, and the black diamond for the daredevil moments. Think of it as the voyage from crawling on snow to masterful skiing!

- Infuse your creation with the rollercoaster of family bonding mixed with the journey of progress & growth, and the breathtaking odyssey from crawling to skiing. This logo isn't just a graphic – it's an emotion-packed escapade!

- Play with hues inspired by skiing – envision snowy whites, frosty blues, and vibrant greens. It's about capturing the essence of skiing and the enchantment of a snowy world, as seen from a young child's perspective.

- Opt for fonts that exude warmth and whimsy, yet brim with energy. We want readers to feel the journey through the screen!

- Ensure your design flows seamlessly across the blog's website, social media galore, and any other platform we throw it on.

- Besides the trail symbols, play around with other skiing figures, majestic mountain silhouettes, ski gear – anything that shouts "skiing escapade" and "family festivity." Make it fun!

- Your creation should dazzle on everything – from the website crown to social media banners, business cards, and even (hopefully) trendy baby and kid merchandise.
