Logo Design Brief

We need a logo that complies with colour contrast accessibility standards. We conduct training in Inclusive Research Operations and want a logo based on the word 'Inclusion'. Our current 'logo' is supposed to portray a 'fabric' or 'woven' effect with our 5 principles coming out as threads.
The colour needs to be bright and well saturated. The colour needs to be friendly and approachable.
I understand that our current 'logo' probaby doesn't work at small sizes. We need a 'maximum' size logo that includes the principles and a version without the principles that can be used at smaller sizes. e.g., in a thumbnail.
