Graphic Design Brief

I'm looking for a book cover idea and layout of the text for the chapter in part 1 and part 2.

I'm a dentist grew up in Sweden living in Chicago since 24 years. I've been working on a book for the past 4 years where I'm trying to convey the idea that your overall wellbeing is dependent on an holistic approach centered on your oral health. It all begins in the mouth!

I talk about my experiences and learnings as a Swedish -American, who has played professional golf, worked as a dentist in Sweden, researching mobile dental care (barriers to health), being a serial entrepreneur, including being the founder of TEDxChicago, public health advocate, mother of 4, grandmother and wife.

In part 1 of the book I talk about the mouth and the mouth-body connection. Part 2 (the solutions) are 4 pillars, Eat, Sleep, Breathe and Move (your body and mind) for better overall wellbeing. I also hav a chapter about Habits. How to create your habits you want for success. Each pillar chapter ends with a worksheet for the reader to use to create new habits.

My style is more on the minimilist and simple less is more spectrum. I don't like clutter.. Most of my clothes are black - I use material to make outfits different. My home is black white and grey with an accent color of red.

I'm open minded that there are other choices than a black book.
My favorite book look is Norma Kamali's book

The title of the book is Oral - a Swedish inspired guide to balanced living starting in your mouth

Please play around with concepts of a mouth (think Rolling Stones perhaps), using the O for mouth etc. I am looking for creative ideas that would make the book be attractive, stand out, create trials etc.
