Poster Design Brief

We need a Roll-Up Design for our company, which is dedicated to personnel selection. We would like the roll-up to feature our logo and the silhouette of the buildings shown in one of the uploaded photos (the one called "ArimanyNadalAni4"). Additionally, we'd like to incorporate the words "Persones," "Talent," and "Èxit" with shadows using the English equivalents instead of the original ones, so: "People" for "Persones," "Talent" for "Talent," and "Success" for "Èxit."

The color of the logo can be changed to red, and the overall design can incorporate this color. As the design is for a roll-up, its essential to take into account a 4cm margin.
