Poster Design Brief

We are rhythmic gymnastics club and would like to update our existing poster for Golden State Cup with new design.
Our club colors are navy and white and we would like to include picture attached on the poster. We will use this poster on retractable stands, medal designs, etc.
The name of event is Golden State Cup and the dates are February 9 to 11, 2024. The dates will have to be removable so we can replace with new date every year.
Poster should be in portrait orientation if possible.
