Logo Design Brief

Design logo for realtor/broker for website / marketing collaterals.

The design should be refined and elegant for real estate clients selling/buying in the $1M+ real estate market in Saratoga, CA

I am a broker with Keller Williams Realty which uses RED for the company websites.
(susanhollishomes.com can be referenced). The Keller Williams websites are generic, so I'm looking for something that would help me differentiate myself from other realtors that could be used on my website, blog site, business card, and marketing collaterals.

IDEA 1:
One idea would like to use name in logo, with Susan be emphasized, but I am open to other designs with real estate theme. (see 2 sample designs attached)* Prefer 2nd design.
