Logo Design Brief

Our business is "Top Knot Pretzel" or "TKP". These are the ideas we have so far, but none of these are hard requirements and we're open to ideas. Please don't be restrictive with your creativity. We would prefer a simple and easily replicable concept/logo. A homemade artisanal soft pretzel. Our brand is artisanal known for its unique flavors and homemade dips. The brand is a higher-end pretzel. We're a premium-brand pretzel in a family-owned company ran by a mother and son. We're hoping for the logo to emphasize the TKP from Top Knot Pretzel, but it's not a requirement/dealbreaker (We don't want to limit any creativity). We were thinking for a color scheme of blue and something in the beige/tan family, but we are not married to it. To give a further picture, we will mostly be selling these freshly made pretzels and dips at live events.
