Logo Design Brief

I would like an artistic logo that incorporates hands and nature (kind of like protecting/supporting nature and the environment. I’d like to avoid using a earth/globe shape (which was my previous employer’s logo). Most of our work is in aquatic systems (estuaries, rivers, creeks, lakes) with endangered fish, frogs/toads, turtles, snakes, and birds so having nature or water, coastal, river, mountain shapes or inspirational patterns from these elements would be very nice. It would be great to incorporate the letter “A” into the design.

There’s a photo attached that has two versions and the words “leading the way). The darker blue has a serif font and we’d like something similar. Also like that dark blue. The Logo can be standalone or incorporated into the company by name of first letter “A” of the company. We also like the logo in between the words All Hands and Biological.
