Mascot Design Brief

We are looking for someone to take our cartoon elephant logo and create a full body character in both 3D and 2D Please stick with the color scheme from the logo for the rest of the body. Also, it would be nice to have the elephant wear a doctor's coat. Something like the reference image I provided.
