T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking to make a one color design. A cross between a blue collar design and military/tactical design.
I am open to ideas but my thoughts are to have a skull with a tactical helmet, a tactical m4 rifle, a hammer and a wrench. "blue collar operator" and our company name "calloused hands club" all in the design that will be on the back of the shirt.
The front will just be our logo in the pocket area. If possible, I would like to replace one of the hammers in the logo with a m4 rifle.
I attached a few shirts I like and some artwork of some of what I am envision.
